Expo Stand Zone Pvt Ltd the Company, herein after referred as Expo Stand Zone,

Object & field of application

These are the general conditions (referred to as “general conditions” from now on) that govern the access, use, and navigation of the websites under all the domains that belong to Expo Stand Zone (from now referred to as “the group's domains or the domains of the group”), plus the obligations derived from the use of all/any of its contents (read from now on as “contents” graphics, texts, drawings, software, designs, codes, photographs, sounds, databases, music, videos, images, information and expressions), which include any other creation that is protected by the international treaties and national laws referring to industrial and intellectual property.

It should be understood that the simple use or access of the domains by any User connotes his adherence to the general conditions Expo Stand Zone has published whenever there is an access to its domains. Hence, the User must always read the general conditions attentively. Here, it is understood that User - the person that has access, uses, navigates or participates in all or some activities and services, onerous or free, developed under the domains.

The contracting and/ or use of the stated specific services means the acceptance of the specific conditions regulating them in the version that is published by Expo Stand Zone in the moment this use/contracting happens.

Intellectual/industrial property right

Expo Stand Zone, as the author of a collective/corporate project, is the legal holder of the rights pertaining to the exploitation/use of the intellectual/industrial property of the group's domains. Expo Stand Zone is also the sole holder of all corresponding license referred to as the rights of industrial, intellectual, and image property regarding the available contents.
In either case, it’ll be believed that the navigation and access of the User means a resignation, license, transmission or complete or partial cession of stated rights by Expo Stand Zone.

As a result, it is not allowed to modify, delete, manipulate or evade the notice of the property rights (i.e. the “copyright”) and other identification details Expo Stand Design’s rights or that of its headlines integrated to the contents, comprising the technical mechanisms of protection, the digital data or any other mechanisms of data, information and/ or identification that could form a part of the contents.

Particularly, Expo Stand Zone clearly mentions that the reproduction of its pages would be considered a quote in the stated/declared terms of the article number 32, 1st paragraph second, of intellectual Indian property law.

Access

Any access to the domains of the group by the Users is absolutely free of any charge, nevertheless, some of its services & contents offered by Expo Stand Zone or third parties via the domains of the group can be found as subjected to the past contracting of the product and payment of money in a manner that is decided in corresponding Specific Conditions, in which case they’ll be clearly put at your disposal.

In case, the User conveys any kind of information to the domains of the group, he/she declares, assures and accepts the right to do it freely, plus the information shouldn’t infringe any intellectual property right, commercial secret, brand, patent, or any other right of unauthorized third parties, that the declared information is neither confidential nor harmful for third parties.
The User also recognizes and accepts the “assumption of responsibility”, and he/she will leave Expo Stand Zone completely undamaged/untouched for any communication offered personally/in its name, accessing the stated responsibility with no restriction of the legality, accuracy, entitlement, and originality.

Accepting present general conditions means the exclusive transfer of information/ content by the user of any right of the exploitation of industrial/intellectual property that the user could obtain concerning the communications carried out by him/her through the domains of the group

Guarantees and Responsibilities

Expo Stand Zone does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, and/or veracity of the information or services provided via the domains of the group.

Consequently, Expo Stand Zone neither guarantees nor can be held responsible for:

The continuity of contents of the domains of the group.

The absence of flaws in the stated contents or the modification/ correction of any faults that might occur.

The absence of virus and/or other detrimental components in the group's domains or in the server supplying it.

The insusceptibility of the domains of the group and/or invulnerability of security measures that are adopted by these.

The lack of utility or output of the group's domains’ contents.

The damage that is caused, to himself/herself or to a third party, others who violate the instructions, conditions and norms that the domains of the group, establishes in domains of the groups or via the group's domains’ security systems violation.

However, Expo Stand Zone declares and affirms that all necessary measures have been adopted, within state of technology and its possibilities for assuring the group’s domains’ functioning and for preventing the presence and transmission of virus or any other harmful component for the Users.

Links to other Web Sites

In the domains of the group, the user may find links to other webpages through different buttons, banners, links, etc. managed by the third parties. Expo Stand Zone does not have the human/technical resources or faculty to learn about, manage, control or approve the content, products/services offered by other websites that have hyperlinks established from the domains of the group. Consequently, Expo Stand Zone cannot assume any kind of responsibility for anything related to the webpage that contains hyperlink established from the domains of the group, particularly, in an including and not limited sense, pertaining to its functioning, data, access, information, quality, reliability, and archives of its products & services. The establishment of relations between Expo Stand Zone and the User will be fully regulated by whatever is disposed in the valid rules concerning the applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction. However, Expo Stand Zone Pvt Ltd, the company incorporated in India, in case of any dispute between Expo Stand Zone and the User, all disputes arising out of or in any way connected with this privacy policy shall be deemed to have arisen in New Delhi and only courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction to determine the same
