REFUND POLICY

What's in these terms?

Expostandzone.com has a non-refund policy for all the packages we offer. In case you have purchased any package (Starter, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) from our portal and want to cancel it then we are not liable to refund any fees you have paid for the same under any circumstance.

However, we have a lead refund policy to compensate for the loss of any lead provided to you. We shall replace the lead under the following terms and conditions:

  • The exhibition date has passed of the lead provided by us
  • The exhibition has been canceled due to any reason
  • The lead provided by us turns out to be counterfeit
  • There is some error in the provided lead from our end
