REVIEW & RATING GUIDELINES

At Expostandzone.com, we value honest and constructive feedback to help exhibitors find reliable stand builders and improve service quality. To maintain transparency and credibility, we have established the following guidelines for submitting reviews and ratings.

1. General Guidelines

• Only Genuine Reviews – All reviews must be based on real experiences with the stand builder. Fake, misleading, or promotional reviews are strictly prohibited.
• One Review per Experience – Users can submit only one review per project with a stand builder. Duplicate reviews will be removed.
• Respectful & Professional Language – No offensive, abusive, or defamatory language is allowed. Reviews should remain professional and constructive.
• No Self-Promotion – Stand builders cannot review themselves or submit fake positive/negative reviews.
• Verification Required – Users must verify their email before their review is published to ensure authenticity.

2. Rating System

Users can rate a stand builder based on the following four criteria, each rated from 1 to 5 stars:

• Design Creativity & Customization – Was the design innovative and tailored to your needs?
• Quality of Workmanship & Materials – Did the materials and construction meet your expectations?
• Project Management & Timely Execution – Was the stand delivered on time and as agreed?
• Cost Efficiency – Was the pricing fair and transparent for the service provided?

Final Rating Calculation: The overall rating is based on the average of all four criteria.

3. Review Submission Process

1. Submit Review – Users fill out a review form and rate the stand builder.
2. Email Verification – A verification email is sent to the user's registered email.
3. Review Approval – Once verified, the review is checked for compliance with our guidelines.
4. Review Goes Live – The review is published and visible on the stand builder's profile.

4. Prohibited Content

• Fake or Spam Reviews – False reviews meant to manipulate ratings will be removed.
• Personal Attacks or Hate Speech – No discriminatory, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Inappropriate Language – Reviews with offensive or explicit language will be rejected.
• Confidential Information – Do not share personal contact details, invoices, or private contracts.
• Irrelevant or Promotional Content – No self-promotion, advertisements, or unrelated comments.

5. Reporting a Review

Stand builders can report a review if they believe it violates our guidelines. To report a review:

• Go to the review page and click "Report Review."
• Provide a valid reason (e.g., fake review, offensive content, etc.).
• Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.

If the review is found to be false or misleading, it will be removed. If it meets our guidelines, it will remain published.

6. Responding to Reviews

Stand builders are encouraged to respond to reviews to:

• Address any concerns professionally.
• Provide clarification if needed.
• Thank customers for their feedback.

Responses should be respectful and relevant to maintain a positive reputation.

7. Review Moderation & Removal Policy

Our team regularly monitors reviews to maintain credibility. A review may be removed if:

• It violates our guidelines.
• The user fails to verify their email.
• The review is proven to be fake or malicious.

Decisions on review removal are final.

8. Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters! We do not share your personal information with stand builders. Your email is used only for verification purposes.
